TS Concrete Contractors is a concrete contractor serving Memphis, TN and surrounding Mid-South communities. If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, call us on (901) 489-2023.

We only collect information you choose to give us through the quote request form on this website:

• Your first name, and last name if you give one
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you give one
• The project address, if you give one
• The type of work and the description you write
• Any photographs you choose to attach
• The date and time the request was sent

Name, phone number, project type and description are required so we can call you back and understand the job. Everything else is optional.

To contact you about the work you asked us to quote, to prepare that quote, and to keep a record of the job. That is the only reason.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Quote requests are stored in a private database. They can only be viewed by TS Concrete Contractors after signing in with a password. Members of the public cannot read them, and they are not visible anywhere on this website.

We use two service providers to run the website, both in the United States:

• Supabase — stores the quote requests and any photographs you attach
• Vercel — hosts the website itself

They process this information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also share information where the law requires it.

This website sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking of any kind.

The only cookie the site uses is a sign-in session for the business owner's private page, and it is only set when someone signs in there.

We keep quote requests for as long as we may need them for the job and our business records. If you would like your information deleted, call (901) 489-2023 and ask — we will remove it, unless we are required to keep it by law.

You can contact us on (901) 489-2023 at any time to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information

You do not have to use the form at all — you are always welcome to simply call us instead.

Photographs you attach are used only to help us understand and quote your project. We will not publish a photograph of your property on this website or anywhere else without asking you first.

This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
